30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us if you would like to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at cozelt.shop@gmail.com before sending any item back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition.

• The item must be unused.
• The item must be clean and in suitable condition for resale.
• Original packaging and accessories should be included where applicable.
• The product should not have been damaged through improper use, washing, modification, or handling.

Because our products are intended for food use, items that have been used may not be accepted as a standard change-of-mind return where applicable by law.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at cozelt.shop@gmail.com before sending your item back.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return instructions and return address after reviewing your request.

Please do not send products to the supplier or to any address other than the return address provided by Cozelt.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible before returning the product.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the problem.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, Cozelt may offer a replacement, repair where applicable, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Return Shipping

For returns requested because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong option, or otherwise no longer want the product, the cost of returning the item is generally the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable law.

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us before returning it. We will provide the appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original Shipping Costs

Where permitted by applicable law, original shipping costs may not be refundable when a return is requested solely because of a change of mind.

This does not affect any legal rights you may have where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where applicable consumer law requires shipping costs to be reimbursed.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items may not be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return if they have been used, damaged, modified, or returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to defective, faulty, or non-conforming products.

This Returns & Refunds Policy describes Cozelt's commercial return process and does not exclude or limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you may have additional rights, including statutory rights relating to withdrawal, conformity, refunds, repairs, replacements, or defective products.

Where applicable law provides rights that are more favourable than the terms of this policy, those legal rights will apply.
